Laura is determined to get you excited about the financial side of your business.

With over 10 years of experience providing bookkeeping and payroll services to franchised food outlets and restaurants, Laura understands the retail food industry—in particular, McDonald's.

Having started out providing bookkeeping and payroll services for Donut King franchisees, Laura soon shifted her focus to the McDonald's system. She started working in-house for a group of McDonald's licensees and not longer after, established her own business, Balance Co. Whilst working in-house, Laura was fully exposed to restaurant operations and acquired invaluable industry knowledge.

Laura soon identified that the market was lacking a complete end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll solution tailored for quick service restaurant franchisees, and hence, Balance Co. was formed. Laura created Balance Co. with one goal in mind, to ensure business owners had all the financial tools, advice and support available to get the best out of their business.

Laura understands the unique needs of McDonald's business owners and their desire for an end-to-end solution, comprehensive reporting and timely service.

When she is not working away at Balance Co. HQ, Laura loves to travel - her most recent travel highlights include a four week adventure throughout Cuba and Mexico. She also loves live music, visiting Melbourne's newest restaurants and time spent with family and friends.
